Freshmen's / New Members Orientation Camp 2009

LOL. So fast want announced the camp to freshies ... Should put topic as Freshman Orientation Camp/Basic course.....Anyway more details of the camp will be given during the CCA FIESTA.

Mus smile wider, and make the camp super special for our club president (if he's coming to the camp, that is..) Isnt that wat you're thinking? hehe..

all our club comm members should be there ba and most impt thing about the camp is to let everyone have fun

most likely some alumni will come also, jay, azri etc..

haha, maybe i should give a time slot for all presidents to give a speech

since all three presidents will be there

lol,anyway if anyone got any games or activities in mind, u can pm me with the games/acitivities description, and it may be use depending on the "usefulness" of the games/activities

but the prob is i dont know whether will have enough extra food for them and also dont think got plae for them to slp.

Lol. i see i see. Coz i chatted with jay and zongren a few days back, and they say they got something to attend to. But anyway, since they say they want to help, then its up to you sebas to decide if they can come. coz sleeping we can still try to do something abt it, but the food.. unless they willing to fork out their own money to eat.. then it shld be a no problem for us.

slping will be hard to settle until a few days b4 the camp start... food they will have to pay for their own if we dont have extra lo..

hehe.. hmm.. toilet then?? Lol.. cannot sia.. jay at least still can bully a bit no lah.. coz if we invite them, we will need to think of a sleeping place for them.. unless we got a lot of space for them.. den no prob.. but if dont have.. how to tell them?

Lol.. oh ya.. the liasing with HTNS done? is the date still on 16th may or do we push the HTNS thing forward a couple of weeks?

i hav made enquiries abt it with top notch. the monthly shoot is not confirmed to be held until 13 May as it depends if there are shooters who will be registering for it. But we do not hav that much time to wait, finalise things and change the flow of events at the last minute.

Our best bet is only to put it on Sunday instead, since i'm sure the advisor has to be informed abt the modified flow of events. Plus, transport booking is another factor to consider.

If it's Sat afternn you're talking abt, it isn't viable either as it'll b cutting into range opening hours. and that will require a corporate booking resulting in MUCH MUCH MORE extra costs just to book the range.

If that's the case we cannot do the night walk on the second nite...we hav t oshift to the 1st nite...

it's still plausible. prolly hav to bring the time of the walk a little earlier and make sure they get enuf slp. we can still shift the course to an hour later, which means starting time is 11am instead of 10am.

That will be easy since everything will be shifted..

nightwalk and movie shift to first night.. 3rd day events will be shifted to 2nd day night, to make up for the loss of movie and night walk.. meaning the PT will be in the morning of 2nd day.. then all events will be pushed downwards.. Jin cai or shi wei's htns de-briefing will be after dinner.. then a few games (depending on the time left) or we go sleep early.
