Our physical training days will start from the 27th of April 2009; Monday from about 6 p.m to about 8 p.m.
Physical Training Captain = Gregory and Jin Cai
Physical training routines:
1) Physical Stretches
2) Campus Run (2.4km or 4km) / Track Run (6 or 10 rounds)
3) Physical Workouts
- Push Ups
- Push Ups (Holding Position)
- Static Hold
- Sit Ups
- Crunches
